2. Package Inclusions

• Flights: Return Hajj flight from Dubai – Jeddah – Dubai.

• Hajj Visa: One-time Hajj visa issuance for pilgrims.

• Accommodation:

• Makkah: Zam Zam Pullman Hotel – Half Board (Breakfast & Dinner included).

• Madinah: Al Ansar Golden Tulip Hotel – Full Board (Three daily meals).

• Transportation & Transfers:

• Harmain High Speed Train transfer from Madinah to Makkah.

• Private Al Syed Bus Service (group bus, seat-by-seat basis).

• During Hajj Days (Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah):

• Category A tents in Mina (Zone 1) with three buffet meals daily.

• Other Services:

• Group Accidental Insurance for all pilgrims.

• Government-issued Nusuk Smart Card (barcode enabled).

• Guided Hajj coordination with group leaders.

3. Package Exclusions

• Qurbani (sacrifice).

• Any items/services not specifically listed under inclusions.

• Unexpected charges or surcharges levied by Saudi Government, airlines, or hotels.

• Personal expenses, medical costs outside group insurance coverage.

4. Pricing Policy

4.1. All package prices quoted are exclusive of any government-imposed charges in GST (Non Refundable) & TCS (Refundable).

4.2. The prices mentioned in the brochure/booklet are introductory and applicable only for the initial group of pilgrims who confirm their bookings at an early stage.

4.3. As the Hajj season approaches, prices are subject to increase. This is due to the fact that, at later stages, organizational costs are financed through financial institutions, resulting in additional charges that will be reflected in the final package price.

4.4. In case of significant changes in airline fares, hotel rates, government schemes, or service requirements, any additional costs shall be borne by the pilgrim.

4.5. If the Saudi Government mandates upgrades from Category A tents to VIP buildings or similar compulsory changes, the additional cost will be payable by pilgrims.

4.6. Child fares are the same as adult fares.

5. Payments & Deadlines

5.1.Pilgrims must follow the official payment schedule provided by the Government.

5.2. Delays or non-compliance with payments may result in cancellation of seat without refund.

5.3. Only payments made directly to Al Syed Tours International (with official receipt) are valid. No unauthorized payments to individuals are allowed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1. No cancellations permitted after December 31, 2025.

6.2. Cancellations before this date will result in deductions as per actual costs, administrative charges, and airline/hotel penalties.

6.3. No refunds after Visa stamping under any circumstances.

6.4. Refund processing, if applicable, will take time and may be delayed due to third-party providers.

7. Liability Disclaimer

7.1. The Organizer is not responsible for:

• Airline delays, cancellations, or reschedules.

• Sudden changes in Saudi/Indian Hajj policies or restrictions.

• Medical conditions, hospitalization, or loss of personal belongings.

7.2. Pilgrims must comply with all health, vaccination, and document requirements set by the governments of Saudi Arabia and India

7.3. Participation implies pilgrims are physically and mentally fit.

8. Health & Safety

8.1. Insurance provided covers accidental cases only; extended medical coverage is the pilgrim’s responsibility.

8.2. Pilgrims must travel together as per group coordination and respect HGO instructions to ensure safety.

9. Binding Agreement

By registering and paying, the pilgrim acknowledges and accepts all Terms & Conditions of Al Syed Tours International.
