Step 2: Meet At Dubai Airport

All pilgrims must arrive at Dubai International Airport 4 hours before departure for streamlined check-in and group coordination.
Spiritual Commencement
Our senior guide will lead a congregational dua, blessing the journey ahead and unifying pilgrims in sacred intention.
Document Handover Protocol
Essential travel documents, including flight tickets and Hajj IDs, will be distributed at the airport before baggage drop.
Step 3: Departure from Dubai
Check-In
Pilgrims will receive boarding passes through at the Saudia check-in counters for processing.
Baggage Drop
Baggage drop-off, all bags must be in compliance with airline policies and weight limits.
Immigration Clearance
Dubai Airport being one of the fastest in the world, smooth immigration ensures comfort and ease.
Step 4: Arrival in Madinah
Health & Immigration
On arrival at Madinah Airport, pilgrims undergo swift health card/vaccination verification followed by immigration clearance.
Baggage Handling
Pilgrims proceed to Baggage collection. All are then guided to the Buses to reach our Hotel.
Seamless Hotel Transfer
Pilgrims are escorted to pre-assigned 4-star accommodation near Masjid an-Nabawi, with room keys ready for immediate check-in.
Step 5: Hotel Check In

Step 6: Visit to Masjid e Nabawi

At Riyaz ul-Jannah, gentlemen perform Salaam at the Prophet’s (ﷺ) resting place, while ladies offer heartfelt duas nearby—all conducted with utmost respect and decorum.
Key Ziyarat Orientation
Our team pinpoints access routes to Jannatul Baqi and Riyaz ul- Jannah, ensuring pilgrims can return independently for further reflection during their stay.
